Direct Primary Care Memberships
More Time Per Visit
Appointments are structured to allow for proper evaluation, not limited to rushed time slots.
Direct Access to Your Provider
Communicate directly with your clinician without unnecessary delays, call centers, or multiple intermediaries.
Clear, Transparent Pricing
Know the cost of your care upfront. No surprise bills, deductibles, or claim denials affecting your treatment plan (for membership and self-pay patients).
Better Continuity of Care
You see the same provider consistently, allowing for more accurate decision-making and long-term health management.
Clinical Decisions Without Insurance Barriers
Care is based on medical judgment—not restricted by prior authorizations or coverage limitations (for membership and self-pay patients).
Prefer to Use Insurance?
Spectrum Primary Care is in-network with Curative and Oscar Health for telehealth primary care visits in Florida. Coverage and any out-of-pocket costs depend on your plan. Memberships and self-pay visits are available for patients who want more access or who are uninsured.
¡Se habla español! Visits are available in English or Spanish.
Why Choose
a Membership?
A Better Way to Experience Primary Care
Healthcare should never feel rushed, impersonal, or difficult to access. A Direct Primary Care (DPC) membership at Spectrum Primary Care gives you more time with your provider, direct access between visits, and transparent monthly pricing.
Instead of billing insurance for each visit, you pay a simple monthly fee that covers the services in your plan. That lets us focus on what matters most: comprehensive, personalized, evidence-based primary care, delivered through secure telehealth visits.
A membership is optional. You can also use your Curative or Oscar Health coverage, or pay per visit. Whatever you choose, you'll see the same provider and receive care built around your health goals.
A DPC membership is not health insurance. We recommend keeping coverage for emergencies, hospital care, specialists, and other services outside primary care.
More Than a Quick Visit
